I have had the honor of working with both Ralph and Terry for a large power company for many years. Seldom do you get an opportunity to work with such good men with a great work ethic that are constantly trying to raise the bar for themselves and help all of those around them.

I have seen both put into leadership roles and thrive with the teams they built with a keen focus on understanding business needs, how their roles fit into the puzzle, and then got to watch them drive real business value and innovation in very demanding roles.

I wish I had more men like them in my life earlier in my career as their sage advice is from the trenches while observing what works and why. However, their content is relevant to all in every stage of your career and provides perspective and insights that are not intuitive to all because of our different backgrounds and life experiences.
