Thank you Doctor. King.
Speaker 2:Terry told me, hey, that really helped me. Thank you, number one. And he did it. He went and started to do it. So that's the number that those are the those are those two things.
Speaker 2:And he shares it. He shares it with others. Right? He's helping others. Those are the three things, you know, that I was just mentioning before, which is the absolute best thing that you can do.
Speaker 2:And it, and it hits on the point that we haven't gotten to yet. So we may, we may get to it, you know, later or we may pivot now.
Speaker 1:Is the- No, go ahead. Go ahead. Go ahead and drive it. Go ahead. Let's go.
Speaker 2:Yeah. It's the empowerment piece. Right? And that is being able to take all of these things, this knowledge, these skills, these relationships and connections and take intentional action to where you have the power to influence your own future, right? To where you can now take, take the reins.
Speaker 2:That doesn't mean you're not going to need other people. That doesn't mean it's like, okay, I got it now. I'll see y'all later. You Right. It means that you're now utilizing and doing these things in a way that's going to get you to that end goal, but you have the power to influence that.
Speaker 2:And the only way you do that is to have the connections, right? To have those relationships, but also to have the tools and to know how to use the tools. Right? You know how to use the tools. You can look at a hammer and it's like, but if you don't know how to use it, it's not that useful, right?
Speaker 2:For you in building what it is that you're trying
Speaker 3:to build.
Speaker 2:Right? So if you look at that, you know, from, from that analogy, from that perspective, empowerment is taking those tools, taking those connections, and then now you can go out and build it essentially.
Speaker 3:That's good.
Speaker 1:So basically I'm hearing there's a three pieces to this, right? You're inspired, right? And then from the inspiration aspect, you're kind of enabled, right? And then you are empowered. I think just simply understanding that, right?
Speaker 1:We don't see it If we can look at the journey in that way, but I can't wait to share this philosophy, right? Look, look, it's great what you're doing. It's great that you want to do this. You someone's you heard a speech or something, you saw something on television. Okay.
Speaker 1:Now let's move to the next phase of this. Are you motivated? Right? What's what what is empowering you? What internally is pushing you to do this?
Speaker 1:Are you getting the information? Are you getting the requisite requisite skills? Are you connecting with the right people? Okay. Now now okay.
Speaker 1:So now how do you harness that to get to the point where now you're changing your life? I think that is a great formula. I think it's a great formula. Ralph, what are you what
Speaker 3:are doing? I I 100% agree. I I think it's a fantastic framework that I've never heard articulated that way. And, Andre, I think he got something special there. So thank, thank you for sharing that with our audience, the way that you did.
Speaker 3:I think that it's gonna help change a lot of people's lives because some of us are out there just trying to figure out, you know, what is the framework that I need to use to get to success? And again, this is, this is not taught very often. Right. You know, which is the whole reason why Terry and I wanted to start this podcast was to expose others to this type of information. So yeah, I, I think that's fantastic.
Speaker 2:Yeah. And I would say that it's for me, it's taken me a while to get here myself and, you know, working with numerous number of companies that I work with and individuals, you know, that I helped and and mentored, coached, and advised, it really took me to to kinda take a step back and say, hey. Are there some foundational level things? Right? Some basic things that can be articulated in a way that can help people get to empowerment faster.
Speaker 2:Because it is a journey, you're have to go through the journey.
Speaker 3:Right.
Speaker 2:But can but can we give you a little couple of shortcuts, right, you know, along that journey? And so I decided to write it down. And so that almost everything that we've discussed so far is in the guide that I've created is called leveraging relationships for success.
Speaker 3:That's the guide.
Speaker 2:And, it just it really is a kind of kind of that shortcut. It helps you visualize what it is we're saying. It gets you active in it because it's just a philosophy. It's a framework. Right?
Speaker 2:It's a framework that basically kind of shortcuts that empowerment for you to be able to kind of go on this journey. It's not the end all be all because it's we're all ever evolving, but it is a it is a guide that can that can help you shortcut that.
Speaker 1:So so, Endrick, am I hearing that folks can actually get this guide? How do they how do we how do we get there?
Speaker 2:Yeah. So very, very easy. You could, the guide is available. It'll be available on Amazon. So you can, you can get the guide there, but you can also get it on my website andricospace.com.
Speaker 2:You can go on there and, and, and you're able to get it there as well.
Speaker 1:That's awesome. That is so awesome, man. This is a treat. So, so I want to dig in just a little bit more into that empowerment, right? So let's say that we know that we're in the empowerment stage.
Speaker 1:Right? How do we how do we and I'm and I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm asking this for me personally. Because I feel like I'm right there, man. When you're in that phase, right, what is it, you know, is it how do you, you know, I just how do you execute in that phase? How do you I guess, how do you know when you're there?
Speaker 1:How do you measure when you're there? Right. You, you said something, you said something, in, in a conversation we had earlier. And, you know, you said what's written is measured. What's measured gets done.
Speaker 1:So I'm thinking about that from the standpoint of I'm in the, you know, empowerment stage of, you know, execution. Right? How does, how does that kind of look right to kind of peel that onion just a little bit, not to share all the secrets in the in the guide, but just
Speaker 2:Yeah. I I would say it's a it's two things. It's a treat if you know that you're in that stage, number one, to have the awareness to know that you're in that stage. That's, that's first and foremost. But what I will say is this, if you have your map created with the different points, right, that you want to get to or to accomplish.
Speaker 2:And at each of those points, going on each of those points, can identify the education experience and exposure required to get there.
Speaker 1:And
Speaker 2:you have a way to action or execute that. Like I can go get it from here. I can go get it from there. I can do that along those way. That's empowerment because now you have the ability to, you have the power to go out and to affect that entire thing.
Speaker 2:You still got to go do it, but you have the power to affect the entire thing because you can see it. That doesn't mean it's going to happen exactly the way that you planned it out to happen. It never does. But the fact that you can put that there, the fact that you know you have those resources available to you, both both the knowledge, the experience that you have and the people that you have around you, and you can navigate that, that's empowering. So so just think about that for a second.
Speaker 2:Think about if you were to go from your house to, you know, let's say your mother's house, right? You, you, you know, and it could be construction on the roads or whatever, but you know that you ultimately go in there. You can take a detour, you can take different routes, but you know, that you're gonna, that you're gonna get there. You also know like how to kind of navigate around some of those things. You don't know a 100%, right.
Speaker 2:Which way you're to take, but you have that confidence because you know that you can rely on the tools, the people or whatnot, and you can make that happen. Just think about that feels empowering. Doesn't
Speaker 3:it? Like when you
Speaker 2:go in there and using that as a, as a, as a, just a simple example.
Speaker 1:No, I think that's great. I think that's great. So what I'm hearing right, we always got some sort of spiritual aspect of this. It's kind of like after a person, you know, we're in the Bible where it talks about you shall receive power after that which you've received the gift of the Holy Spirit. It sounds a lot like that, you know the message you heard, you know the commitment you made, right?
Speaker 1:You know the fact that you said, hey, I accept you as my Lord and savior, all of that, And so now you feel like, hey, you know what? I have the information, I've been trained, I've been taught. And then, you know, he basically said, you're gonna go out and do greater than I've done. Right? And I think as mentors, I think we're all in that space where as being mentors, we want to have those folks that we are sharing with, Hey, you know what?
Speaker 1:I'm giving you what I have so you can go beyond where I've
Speaker 3:gone.
Speaker 1:Right? And I think that's every mentor's desire, every mentor's hope, right? Again, on that appreciation roadmap, right? Because of when we see you running and out there and doing it, executing, winning in life, I'm telling you, there's no greater reward than that. And so, Andrico, I think what you shared today has been truly life changing.
Speaker 1:It's changing me right now, even as we're hearing some of the concepts things. I can't wait for round two. We're gonna have to do this again. Thank you for joining Leadership Sovereignty, the podcast. We hope you obtain something of value as you walk out your journey.
